Search meetings, read recordings and AI summaries, schedule meetings.

Once Zoom is connected, an agent can search your meetings in plain language, read the summary, transcript or recording of a meeting, schedule a new meeting and update ones you own.

Before you start

  • A Zoom account with the features you want agents to read. Summaries and transcripts only exist for meetings where cloud recording or AI Companion was on, and those need a paid Zoom plan.
  • The woble operator must have registered a Zoom OAuth app once (client id and secret). If Connect says the integration is not configured, ask the operator.
  • If your Zoom account requires apps to be pre-approved, a Zoom account admin has to approve the app in the Zoom App Marketplace before you can allow it.
  • You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

  1. Open Marketplace in the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Zoom and press Connect.
  2. Press Continue with Zoom. A new tab opens at zoom.us. Sign in if asked.
  3. Zoom lists the permissions the app requests, such as viewing your meetings, recordings and AI Companion summaries and managing meetings. Press Allow.
  4. The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Zoom tools.

Or ask an agent

Type @ruby connect Zoom in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation, and only an owner or admin can complete it.

Try it

  • "@atlas find last week's meeting with the Acme team and give me the summary and action items"
  • "@atlas schedule a 30 minute Zoom call called 'Q4 planning' for Thursday at 14:00 my time"

If it does not connect

  • Zoom says the app needs admin approval. Ask a Zoom account admin to approve it, then reconnect.
  • You signed in with a personal Zoom account instead of the work one. Press Remove and reconnect with the right account.
  • A meeting has no summary or transcript. The connection is fine; that meeting was not cloud recorded or AI Companion was off.
  • Tools fail after working before. Press Test connection in Marketplace, then Connected. Remove and reconnect fixes most token problems.

Disconnect

Marketplace, Connected, press Remove next to Zoom. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately. You can also remove the app under Zoom App Marketplace, Manage, Added Apps.
