Create, find, complete and organise tasks and projects.
Once Todoist is connected, an agent can add tasks with natural-language due dates, find what is due today or overdue, complete or reschedule tasks, and move things between projects and sections.
Before you start
- A Todoist account, free or paid. Agents work inside the account that signs in and see the same projects you do, including shared ones.
- You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.
Connect it
- Open Marketplace in the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Todoist and press Connect.
- Press Continue with Todoist. A new tab opens at todoist.com. Sign in if asked.
- Todoist shows one permission, read and write access to your data. That is what lets agents create tasks and projects, edit what is there and complete tasks. Approve it.
- The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Todoist tools.
Or ask an agent
Type @ruby connect Todoist in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation, and only an owner or admin can complete it.
Try it
- "@atlas what is overdue in my Todoist, and what is due today?"
- "@atlas add 'send the contract to Nora' to the Sales project, due tomorrow 10am"
If it does not connect
- You approved with the wrong Todoist account (for example a personal one while your team uses another). Press Remove and reconnect, signing in with the right account.
- You revoked the app in Todoist under Settings, Integrations, or changed your password. Press Test connection in Marketplace, then Connected; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.
- The consent page did not appear and the tab shows an error. Try again; if it keeps failing, Todoist's server may be down, check status.todoist.com.
Disconnect
Marketplace, Connected, press Remove next to Todoist. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately.
