Availability, scheduled events and booking links.
With Calendly connected, an agent can look up your free slots for a date range, list who has booked and when, create one-off booking links, and cancel or reschedule an event when you ask it to.
Before you start
- A Calendly account. Any plan works for reading availability and events; some actions (for example booking directly through the scheduling tools) need a paid plan, Standard or higher, and Calendly will return an error if your plan does not include them.
- Agents see the event types and events of the Calendly user who signs in. If you want them to cover an organisation, sign in as a Calendly owner or admin.
- You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.
Connect it
- Open Marketplace in the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Calendly and press Connect.
- Press Continue with Calendly. A new tab opens at calendly.com. Sign in if you are not already.
- Calendly shows the name of the app and the two permissions it requests: read scheduling data and write scheduling data. These are fixed by Calendly's MCP server and cannot be narrowed. Press the button that grants access.
- The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Calendly tools.
Or ask an agent
Type @ruby connect Calendly in any chat. The same card appears there; only an owner or admin can complete it.
Try it
- "@atlas what free slots do I have next Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, Europe/Bratislava time?"
- "@atlas make a one-off 30 minute booking link for my intro call and give it to me"
If it does not connect
- You signed in with a personal Calendly account instead of the work one. Press Remove and reconnect, signing in with the right account (log out of Calendly first if the browser remembers the wrong one).
- An action returns a plan error. That tool needs a paid Calendly plan; the connection itself is fine.
- Tools stop working after some time. Press Test connection in Marketplace, then Connected. If it fails, Remove and reconnect; this refreshes the token.
Disconnect
Marketplace, Connected, press Remove next to Calendly. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately. You can also revoke the app under Calendly's Integrations & apps page.
