Connect ClickUp

With ClickUp connected, an agent can search tasks with filters, create tasks in a list you name, change statuses and assignees, read docs and log time entries, then report the task URLs back to you.

Before you start

• A ClickUp account that is a member of the Workspace you want agents to use. Agents see only what your account sees.
• Any ClickUp plan works, but without the Everything AI add-on ClickUp limits MCP calls: 50 per rolling 24 hours on Free Forever, 300 on Unlimited and above. With the add-on the normal API limits apply.
• You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

1. Open Marketplace in the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find ClickUp and press Connect.
2. Press Continue with ClickUp. A new tab opens at app.clickup.com. Sign in if asked.
3. ClickUp asks which Workspaces to authorize. Tick the ones agents should reach and confirm. The connection gets read and write access to those Workspaces.
4. The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the ClickUp tools.

Type @ruby connect ClickUp in any chat. The same card appears there; only an owner or admin can complete it.

Try it

• "@atlas list my open ClickUp tasks due this week in the Website list"
• "@atlas create a task 'Fix checkout copy' in the Marketing list, assign it to me, high priority"

If it does not connect

• You ticked the wrong Workspace or missed one. Press Remove in Marketplace, then Connected, and reconnect, choosing the right Workspaces.
• Calls fail with a rate limit message after a few requests. You hit the daily cap for your plan; wait for the 24 hour window to pass or add Everything AI.
• Tools fail after working before. The app may have been removed under ClickUp Settings, Apps. Press Test connection; Remove and reconnect fixes most token problems.

Disconnect

Marketplace, Connected, press Remove next to ClickUp. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately.
