Connect monday.com

Agents read and update boards, items, updates and docs in monday.com; you connect by signing in and authorizing woble.

Boards, items, updates and docs.

Once monday.com is connected, an agent can read a board and its columns, filter items instead of dumping the whole board, create items with correctly shaped column values, post updates as comments, and read monday docs.

Before you start

  • A monday.com account. Everything the agent does runs as you, limited by your own monday.com permissions.
  • Only monday.com account admins can install the monday MCP app the first time. If you are not an admin, ask one to install it; after that you can authorize your own connection.
  • You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

  1. Open Marketplace, choose the Integrations tab, find monday.com and press Connect.
  2. Press Continue with monday.com. A new tab opens at monday.com.
  3. Sign in and, if you belong to more than one account, choose the account to connect.
  4. monday.com shows a consent screen listing what woble asks for: read and write access to boards, items, updates, docs and related workspace elements. Choose the workspaces the connection should cover, or grant account-wide access, then press Authorize.
  5. The tab closes, the card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the monday.com tools.

Or ask an agent

Type @ruby connect monday.com in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation. Only owners and admins can complete it.

Try it

  • "@atlas on the Sprint 14 board, list items assigned to me that are stuck or overdue."
  • "@atlas create an item 'Renew SSL certificate' in the Ops board, group This week, owner Jana, due Friday."

If it does not connect

  • Not installed for the account: the consent screen ends with a request for admin approval instead of Authorize. An account admin installs monday MCP once, then you reconnect.
  • Wrong account or workspace: boards you expect are missing. Press Remove in Marketplace → Connected and connect again, choosing the right account and workspaces.
  • Access revoked by an admin: press Test connection in Marketplace → Connected; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.

Disconnect

Marketplace → Connected → monday.com → Remove. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately. An admin can also revoke the token from the monday.com admin panel.
