Connect Mixpanel

Once Mixpanel is connected, an agent can look up event and property definitions, run Insights, Funnels, Retention and Flows queries, read saved reports and dashboards, and work with cohorts.

Before you start

• A Mixpanel account with access to at least one project in the US data residency. woble connects to mcp.mixpanel.com; EU and India projects cannot sign in through this card. Tell your woble operator if you need one of those.
• MCP access enabled for your organization. New free and Growth accounts have it on; elsewhere an Organization Admin turns it on under Settings, Org, Overview (up to 15 minutes to apply).
• Your project roles carry over, so agents see only what you see.
• You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

1. Open Marketplace from the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Mixpanel and press Connect.
2. Press Continue with Mixpanel. A new tab opens at mixpanel.com. Sign in with your Mixpanel credentials.
3. Review the access the connection asks for and approve it.
4. The tab closes. The card in Marketplace says Connected and the agent panel lists the Mixpanel tools.

Type "@ruby connect Mixpanel" in any chat. The same connect card appears there. Only workspace owners and admins can complete it.

Try it

• "@atlas in the Web project, build a funnel from Sign Up to First Purchase for the last 30 days."
• "@atlas what does the Weekly KPIs dashboard say this week? Summarise each report with its date range."

If it does not connect

• "MCP access is not enabled". An Organization Admin enables it under Settings, Org, Overview; wait a few minutes and try again.
• Authorization fails right after sign-in. The account has no project access. Ask a project owner to add you, then reconnect.
• Your project is in the EU or India residency. This needs the operator.
• Missing-scope or expired-token errors. Press Test connection under Marketplace, Connected; if it fails, Remove and connect again.

Disconnect

Open Marketplace, Connected, find Mixpanel and press Remove. The tokens are deleted and agents lose the Mixpanel tools immediately.
