Connect Granola

Agents search your Granola meeting notes, summaries and transcripts; you connect by signing in to Granola.

GranolaSign inProductivity

Your meeting notes, summaries and transcripts.

Once Granola is connected, an agent can find a meeting by title, attendee or date, pull up its notes and, on paid plans, read the transcript to answer "what did we decide about X", citing the meeting title and date.

Before you start

  • A Granola account. Sign in with the same email you use in the Granola app; a different address gives an empty account.
  • Granola MCP works on every plan, including free Basic, but Basic only exposes your personal notes from the last 30 days. Full history, folder tools and transcripts need Business or Enterprise.
  • Agents see the workspace that is active in your Granola app: your notes, notes shared with you and the team space. Workspaces are not combined.
  • You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

  1. Open Marketplace, choose the Integrations tab, find Granola and press Connect.
  2. Press Continue with Granola. A new tab opens at granola.ai.
  3. Sign in the way you normally do (Google or email link).
  4. Approve the request. woble asks for access to your meetings and for offline access so it keeps working after the tab closes.
  5. The tab closes, the card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Granola tools.

Or ask an agent

Type @ruby connect Granola in any chat. The card appears there. Only owners and admins can complete it.

Try it

  • "@atlas what did we agree with Marek in yesterday's pricing call? List the action items."
  • "@atlas find every meeting with Acme in the last month and summarise the open questions."

If it does not connect

  • Wrong email: the connection succeeds but every search returns nothing. Press Remove in Marketplace → Connected and sign in again with the address from your Granola app.
  • Plan limits: a transcript request fails or a note older than 30 days is missing. That is the Basic plan, not a broken connection.
  • Wrong workspace: switch the active workspace in the Granola app, then reconnect.
  • Expired tokens or "no tools available": press Test connection in Marketplace → Connected; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.

Disconnect

Marketplace → Connected → Granola → Remove. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the Granola tools immediately. Your notes in Granola are untouched.
