Connect Google Drive

Once Google Drive is connected, an agent can search your Drive by name, type or date, read the contents of Docs, Sheets and Slides, tell you who a file is shared with, and create new files in a folder you choose.

Before you start

• A Google account with the files you want agents to reach.
• You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.
• The woble operator registers a Google app once (Google Cloud project, Drive API, OAuth client). If Google Drive is not in the Marketplace, that step is still pending.

Connect it

1. Open Marketplace, choose the Integrations tab, find Google Drive and press Connect.
2. Press Continue with Google. A new tab opens at accounts.google.com.
3. Choose the Google account.
4. Google shows "woble wants access to your Google Account" with two permissions: see and download all your Google Drive files, and see, edit, create and delete only the specific files you use with this app. Tick both and press Continue.
5. On a new deployment you may see "Google hasn't verified this app". Press Advanced, then Go to woble (unsafe). If the operator's project is in testing mode, only listed test users get past this screen.
6. The tab closes, the card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Drive tools.

If it does not connect

• Wrong account: Remove in Marketplace → Connected and connect again with the right Google account.
• Read permission unticked: search works but reading fails. Reconnect and tick every box.
• "Access blocked": you are not on the operator's test user list. Ask the operator to add you or publish the app.
• Token revoked from the Google side: press Test connection in Marketplace → Connected; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.

Disconnect

Marketplace → Connected → Google Drive → Remove. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the Drive tools immediately. Files agents created stay in your Drive.
