Connect Box

Agents search, read and manage your Box files and folders and ask Box AI questions about documents; you sign in to Box and grant access.

With Box connected, an agent can search your files and folders, read a document, move or rename items, and use Box AI to answer questions about a document or extract fields from it without downloading the file.

Before you start

A Box account. Agents see exactly what your account can see; nothing more.
The woble operator must have registered a Box app once (client id and secret). If Connect says the integration is not configured, ask the operator.
If your Box account belongs to a company, a Box admin must enable the app first: Admin Console, Integrations, find the app and set its state to enabled. Until then Box refuses the sign-in.
You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

Open Marketplace in the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Box and press Connect.
Press Continue with Box. A new tab opens at box.com. Sign in with the Box account you want agents to use.
Box shows the app name and what it will be able to do (read and write your files and folders). Press Grant access to Box.
The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Box tools.

Type @ruby connect Box in any chat. The same card appears there; only an owner or admin can complete it.

If it does not connect

Box says the app is not authorised or disabled. Your Box admin has not enabled it under Integrations yet.
You signed in with a personal Box account instead of the company one. Press Remove and reconnect with the right account.
Tools fail after working before. Press Test connection in Marketplace, then Connected. Remove and reconnect fixes most token problems.

Disconnect

Marketplace, Connected, press Remove next to Box. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately. You can also revoke the app in Box under Account Settings, Integrations.
