Connect Canva
Agents search, create, edit and export Canva designs, working from your brand kit; connects by signing in to Canva.
Once Canva is connected, an agent can search your designs and folders, create a design from a description, edit an existing one, upload assets, and export a design as PDF, PNG, JPG, PPTX or MP4 and hand you the download link. On Enterprise it can also use brand kits and brand templates.
Before you start
- A Canva account. Any plan works, including Canva Free. Resizing designs needs a paid plan; template autofill, brand kits and branded templates need Canva Enterprise.
- Agents act as the Canva account you sign in with; designs land in that account and team.
- You must be an owner or admin in your woble workspace.
Connect it
- Open Marketplace in the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Canva and press Connect.
- The dialog shows the name and the server URL
https://mcp.canva.com/mcp. Nothing to paste. Press Continue with Canva. - A new tab opens at canva.com. Sign in if you are not already, and pick the team if your account belongs to more than one.
- Canva shows what woble is asking for: read your profile, read and edit design content, read folders, assets, brand kits and brand templates. Press Allow.
- The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the new tools.
Or ask an agent
Type @ruby connect Canva in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation, and the Continue button opens the Canva sign-in. Only an owner or admin can complete it.
Try it
- "@atlas find our design called Q3 launch banner and export it as a PNG."
- "@atlas create an Instagram post about Friday's webinar using our brand kit, then send me the link."
If it does not connect
- Wrong Canva account or team. If you were signed in to a personal account, the work designs are missing. Remove the connection, sign out of Canva in the browser, and connect again.
- A permission was refused on the consent screen. Canva then rejects most tools. Remove and reconnect, pressing Allow this time.
- The token was revoked in Canva under Settings, Connected apps. Press Test connection in Marketplace, then Connected; if it fails, Remove and connect again.
Disconnect
Open Marketplace, then Connected, and press Remove next to Canva. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the tools immediately.
