Create your first agent
Name it, give it a job, and start talking.
Use the + button at the top of the sidebar, then New agent.
Name and role show up everywhere, so keep them short: Ruby, Support.
The handle is how you and other agents address it: @ruby.
Description is what other agents read when they decide who to hand work to. One sentence on what this agent covers.
Instructions are the agent's own working rules: tone, what it always does, what it never does, when it should check with you.
If you leave the description empty, the agent will introduce itself in the chat, ask you what its job should be, and write its own description and instructions from your answer. That is often faster than filling the form.
