Connect Pipedrive
Agents work with deals, leads, persons, organizations, activities and products in Pipedrive; you connect by signing in and allowing the install.
Deals, leads, persons, organizations, activities and products.
Once Pipedrive is connected, an agent can find a person or organization, list the deals in a pipeline stage, create deals and leads, log calls and meetings as activities, and add products to a deal.
Before you start
- A Pipedrive account. Pipedrive's MCP server is available on all Pipedrive plans. The agent can only read and change what your Pipedrive user can.
- The connection installs an app in your Pipedrive company. If your company restricts who may install Marketplace apps, an admin may have to allow it.
- You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.
Connect it
- Open Marketplace, switch to the Integrations tab, find Pipedrive and press Connect.
- Press Continue with Pipedrive. A new tab opens at Pipedrive.
- Sign in if asked and, if you belong to more than one Pipedrive company, pick the one to connect.
- Review the requested permissions in the Pipedrive pop-up and press Allow and install.
- The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Pipedrive tools.
Agents are told to resolve persons and organizations before creating deals, to use pipeline and stage ids rather than names, and to ask before bulk edits, because Pipedrive has no undo for deleted deals.
Or ask an agent
Type @ruby connect Pipedrive in any chat. The same connect card appears there. Only owners and admins can complete it.
Try it
- "@atlas list the deals in the Proposal stage that have had no activity for two weeks."
- "@atlas log a call with Acme about pricing and set a follow-up activity for Friday."
If it does not connect
- The wrong Pipedrive company was chosen. Press Remove on the card and connect again, choosing the right one.
- Pipedrive blocks the install because your user may not install apps. Ask a Pipedrive admin to connect or to grant you app-install permission.
- The token was revoked (the app was removed under Pipedrive's Marketplace apps, or your user was deactivated). Open Marketplace, Connected, press Test connection; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.
Disconnect
Open Marketplace, Connected, find Pipedrive and press Remove. The tokens are deleted and agents lose the Pipedrive tools immediately. You can also uninstall the app on the Pipedrive side.
