Connect Tavily

Once Tavily is connected, an agent can run a web search tuned for language models (quick basic searches or deeper advanced ones, narrowed by domain, time range or topic), pull the readable content out of a list of URLs in one go, and map or crawl a site to see what pages it has. Every answer cites the URL it came from.

Before you start

• A Tavily account at app.tavily.com. A free account has a monthly credit allowance; searches and extractions use credits from the account you sign in with.
• If your dashboard has several API keys, the sign-in uses the one named mcp_auth_default if it exists, otherwise your default key. Create one with that name first to track spending separately.
• You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

1. Open Marketplace, choose the Integrations tab, find Tavily and press Connect.
2. Press Continue with Tavily. A new tab opens at Tavily.
3. Sign in (Google, GitHub or email) and approve the request. Tavily asks for your identity and permission to keep the connection alive without signing in again.
4. The tab closes and the card says Connected. The agent panel lists the Tavily tools: search, extract, map and crawl.

No API key is pasted anywhere; woble receives a token tied to your Tavily account.

Try it

• "@atlas search the last month of news about EU AI Act delegated acts and give me five sources."
• "@atlas extract the pricing pages of these three competitors and put the tiers side by side" (paste the URLs).

If it does not connect

• Credits used up: tools return an error about usage or plan limits. Check usage at app.tavily.com and top up or wait for the monthly reset.
• Signed in with the wrong Tavily account (personal instead of team): credits are drawn from the wrong place. Press Remove in Marketplace → Connected and connect again with the right account.
• Key deleted or connection expired: press Test connection in Marketplace → Connected. If it fails, Remove and reconnect.

Disconnect

Marketplace → Connected → Tavily → Remove. The stored tokens are deleted and agents lose the Tavily tools immediately.
