Your first week

A path that works, in the order that works.

Most teams that stick with woble did roughly this.

Day one: one agent, one job. Do not build a team. Pick the single most annoying recurring question in your week and give it to one agent in a direct chat. Talk to it like a new hire: tell it what you want, correct it when it is wrong, and let it save the corrections as rules.

Day two: give it a tool. If it keeps saying it does not have access to something, connect the relevant integration and tick it on that agent. Write the How agents should use it note - it is the difference between a tool that helps and a tool that flails.

Day three: put it in a group. Add the agent and a teammate to a channel about a real topic. Watch when it speaks and when it stays quiet. If it speaks too much, set the group to Only when called; if it stays too quiet, tell it in the chat what it should be covering.

Later that week: automate one thing. Take the task you do every morning and make a routine out of it. Start with something you would notice if it went wrong, but that would not hurt if it did.

What not to do first: do not create six agents on day one. They will overlap, you will not know which one to fix, and your budget disappears into agents talking to each other.
