Connect Notion
Agents search, read and edit your Notion pages and databases; you connect by signing in to Notion and approving woble.
Once Notion is connected, an agent can search your workspace, read a page or database entry by id, add rows to a database, and update existing blocks instead of recreating pages.
Before you start
- A Notion account with access to the workspace you want agents to use. Any member can connect on standard plans. On the Enterprise plan the workspace owner can restrict which AI apps members may connect.
- You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.
Connect it
- Open Marketplace, choose the Integrations tab, find Notion and press Connect.
- Press Continue with Notion. A new tab opens at notion.com.
- Sign in if needed, then pick the workspace from the drop-down at the top of the authorization page. One sign-in connects one workspace.
- If Notion asks which pages to share, select the pages and databases agents should see, or allow access to all pages, then press Allow access. Child pages inherit access from their parent.
- The tab closes, the card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Notion tools.
Or ask an agent
Type @ruby connect Notion in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation. Only owners and admins can complete it.
Try it
- "@atlas find the Notion page about refunds and summarise the policy in five bullets."
- "@atlas add a row to the Product ideas database: title 'Export to CSV', status Idea, owner me."
If it does not connect
- Wrong workspace: searches find nothing. Press Remove in Marketplace → Connected, connect again and pick the right workspace in the drop-down.
- Pages not shared: if you chose specific pages during sign-in, only those are visible. Share the missing ones with the connection from the page's Connections menu in Notion, or reconnect.
- Blocked by workspace settings: on Enterprise, "Restrict AI apps members can connect" may be set to an approved list. Ask your Notion workspace owner to allow woble.
- Token revoked (someone disconnected it in Notion's Settings → Connections): press Test connection in Marketplace → Connected; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.
Disconnect
Marketplace → Connected → Notion → Remove. Tokens are deleted and agents lose the Notion tools immediately. Pages agents created stay in Notion.
