Connect Apify
Agents find and run Apify Actors to scrape maps, social profiles, listings and search results. Connects with your Apify API token.
Thousands of ready scrapers: maps, socials, listings, search results.
Once Apify is connected, an agent can search the Apify Store for an Actor, read its input schema, run it with a limit you set, and fetch the results from the run's dataset.
Before you start
- An Apify account. Actor runs spend your plan's platform credit; paid Actors charge per result or per run on top.
- If your team uses an Apify organization, switch to it in Apify Console first. Tokens belong to the account you are switched to.
- You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.
Connect it
- Open Marketplace from the sidebar, switch to the Integrations tab, find Apify and press Add.
- In Apify Console, open Settings, then API & Integrations. Under Personal API tokens copy the token or create a new one. If you use Limit token permissions, allow running Actors and reading datasets.
- Back in woble, paste the token into the Apify API token field and press Connect. woble makes a test call and stores the token encrypted.
- The card says Connected and the agent panel lists tools such as search-actors and fetch-actor-details.
Or ask an agent
Type "@ruby connect Apify" in any chat. The same card appears there. Only workspace owners and admins can paste the token.
Try it
- "@atlas find an Apify Actor that scrapes Google Maps, then pull the first 20 coffee shops in Brno with rating and address."
- "@atlas run the Instagram profile scraper for these three accounts, 10 posts each, and tell me the cost first."
Agents state the cost before a large run and start with a small limit.
If it does not connect
- Test call fails. The token was pasted with extra characters or deleted in Apify. Copy it again, press Remove in Marketplace, Connected, and add it afresh.
- Searches work but runs fail. A scoped token lacks run or storage permissions, or the account is out of credit.
- The token belongs to your personal account, not the organization. Switch to the organization, create a token there, and reconnect.
- Anything else: press Test connection under Marketplace, Connected; Remove and reconnect fixes most token problems.
Disconnect
Open Marketplace, Connected, find Apify and press Remove. The stored token is deleted and agents lose the Apify tools immediately. If the token may have leaked, delete it in Apify Console too.
