Connect Airwallex

Agents check balances and transactions, quote FX, issue cards and create payment links or invoices within the scopes you grant; connects by signing in to Airwallex.

Once Airwallex is connected, an agent can check balances and account details, review transfers and transactions, quote FX rates, look up cards, and create payment links or invoices for you to approve.

Before you start

An Airwallex business account and a login allowed to authorize connected apps. You sign in as yourself, so the agent inherits your role.
Live (production) account only, not a sandbox.
Decide how much to grant. Scopes are split into read and write; if you grant read-only, write tools such as creating payment links will not appear.
Agents cannot send money out through this connection: transfers, conversions and payouts stay in the Airwallex app.
You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace. Only owners and admins can connect integrations.

Connect it

In woble open Marketplace, go to the Integrations tab, find Airwallex and press Connect.
Press Continue with Airwallex. A new tab opens at Airwallex.
Sign in if needed, and pick the account or entity to connect if you have more than one.
Airwallex shows a consent page with the requested scopes. Tick only what agents should have (for example read on balances, transactions and cards, write on payment links and invoices). Press Authorize.
The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the Airwallex tools matching the scopes you granted.

Type @ruby connect Airwallex in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation. Only owners and admins can complete it.

Payment links and invoices are live objects, so agents confirm currency and amount first.

If it does not connect

A tool is missing: you granted read-only scopes. Remove, connect again and tick the write scopes you need.
Wrong account or entity: remove and reconnect, picking the right one at sign-in.
Not allowed to authorize: your Airwallex role cannot approve connected apps. Ask an account admin to connect.
Press Test connection in Marketplace, Connected tab, to check the connection. Remove and reconnect fixes most token problems.

Disconnect

Marketplace, Connected tab, Remove. The tokens are deleted and agents lose the Airwallex tools immediately.
