Connect MailerLite

Agents manage subscribers, groups, campaigns and automations in MailerLite; you connect by signing in and authorising your MailerLite account.

Subscribers, groups, campaigns and automations.

Once MailerLite is connected, an agent can look up a subscriber by email, add people to groups, report on how a campaign performed, list your automations and forms, and draft a new campaign for you to review.

Before you start

  • A MailerLite account on the current MailerLite platform. MailerLite Classic (legacy) accounts do not have the MCP server.
  • Access to the subscriber data you want the agent to use: authorising grants access to subscriber names, emails, status, groups, fields and activity, plus campaigns, automations and forms.
  • You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace.

Connect it

  1. Open Marketplace, switch to the Integrations tab, find MailerLite and press Connect.
  2. Press Continue with MailerLite. A new tab opens at MailerLite.
  3. Sign in if asked. MailerLite then asks you to select which MailerLite account you would like to connect; pick the right one if you have several.
  4. Review the permissions and press Authorize.
  5. The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the MailerLite tools.

Agents are told to create campaigns as drafts and to let you check the content and audience before any send or schedule step.

Or ask an agent

Type @ruby connect MailerLite in any chat. The same connect card appears there. Only owners and admins can complete it.

Try it

  • "@atlas is jane@example.com subscribed in MailerLite, and which groups is she in?"
  • "@atlas compare open and click rates of the last three newsletters."

If it does not connect

  • The wrong MailerLite account was selected on the account picker. Press Remove on the card and connect again.
  • You are on MailerLite Classic. Migrate to the new MailerLite first; the Classic account cannot be connected.
  • The token was revoked (for example the connected app was removed in MailerLite). Open Marketplace, Connected, press Test connection; if it fails, Remove and reconnect.

Disconnect

Open Marketplace, Connected, find MailerLite and press Remove. The tokens are deleted and agents lose the MailerLite tools immediately.
