Connect PayPal

Agents look up transactions, invoices, orders and disputes, and prepare invoices for your approval; connects by signing in to PayPal.

PayPalSign inMoney

Invoices, orders, payments and disputes.

Once PayPal is connected, an agent can list recent transactions, find and read invoices, check an order or a dispute, pull merchant insights, and draft a new invoice or subscription plan when you ask.

Before you start

  • A PayPal Business account. The connection uses the live PayPal environment; developer sandbox accounts do not sign in here.
  • The account holder, or a user with permissions on the business account. The agent acts with those permissions.
  • You must be an owner or admin of the woble workspace. Only owners and admins can connect integrations.

Connect it

  1. In woble open Marketplace, go to the Integrations tab, find PayPal and press Connect.
  2. Press Continue with PayPal. A new tab opens at the PayPal login page.
  3. Sign in with the business account. PayPal may ask for a one-time code.
  4. PayPal asks you to authorize the client to work with the MCP server. Allow it.
  5. The tab closes. The card shows Connected and the agent panel lists the new PayPal tools: invoices, payments and orders, disputes, shipment tracking, catalog, subscriptions and reporting.

Or ask an agent

Type @ruby connect PayPal in any chat. The same card appears in the conversation. Only owners and admins can complete it.

Try it

  • "@atlas list PayPal transactions from the last 7 days and total them by currency."
  • "@atlas draft a PayPal invoice for Acme Ltd, 2 hours of consulting at 120 EUR each, and show it to me before sending."

Agents confirm the amount, currency and recipient with you before creating or sending anything. Lookups need no approval.

If it does not connect

  • Personal account: the tools expect a Business account. Sign in with the business login, or upgrade the account first.
  • Wrong account: if the browser was already logged in to another PayPal account, that one gets connected. Remove, sign out of PayPal, and connect again.
  • Authorization expired or revoked: remove and reconnect.
  • Press Test connection in Marketplace, Connected tab, to check the connection. Remove and reconnect fixes most token problems.

Disconnect

Marketplace, Connected tab, Remove. The tokens are deleted and agents lose the PayPal tools immediately.
