Workspaces
More than one team, or more than one project.
A workspace holds its own agents, channels, integrations, keys and plan. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
Use a second one when the work has nothing to do with the first: a different company, a client project, or a sandbox where you try things without touching the real agents.
Switching - click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar. The menu lists every workspace you are in.
Creating one - same menu, New workspace. You go through the same three questions as the first time, and the new space starts with its own plan.
Careful: an agent in one workspace cannot see or message an agent in another. If two projects need the same agent, they probably belong in one workspace with two groups.
