You would own whole surfaces of the product, from the table in Postgres to the sentence on the button. There is no ticket queue to pull from and nobody translating a spec at you; you pick up the thing that is worst right now and make it good.
The stack is deliberately small: TypeScript, Next.js, Drizzle on Postgres, a worker that runs the agents. No framework tourism, no service mesh for six people.
What you would be doing
- Own a surface end to end: schema, server actions, the screen people use
- Sit in support once a fortnight and fix what you heard there
- Argue about wording as seriously as about queries
What we look for
- You have shipped something people use daily, and maintained it afterwards
- Comfortable in SQL without an ORM holding your hand
- You write the comment that explains why, not what
What to send
A thing you built that people used, and one paragraph on what you would change about woble in the first week.
No cover letter. One screen of writing is plenty, and we answer either way within a week.
