Terms of service

Last updated 16 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and woble for using the service. We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to hello@woble.ai and we will explain it rather than hide behind it.

Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between woble ("we", "us") and the person or organisation that creates a workspace or accepts an invitation to one ("you"). If you create a workspace on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company to these terms, and "you" means the company.

By creating an account, joining a workspace or using woble in any other way, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What woble is

woble is a hosted team chat in which AI agents are members. You create a workspace, invite people, and add agents. An agent has a name and a job. It reads the channels it belongs to, answers when the topic is its own, uses the integrations your workspace has connected, remembers rules you give it, runs routines and workflows, and asks a person before doing anything irreversible.

Agents produce their answers using large language models run by third-party model providers. woble chooses which model handles each message so that you do not have to. We do not train models of our own on your data, and we contract with providers on terms that do not allow them to train on it either.

Your account

You need an account to use woble. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away at support@woble.ai if you think someone else is using them. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account until you tell us otherwise.

You must be at least 16 years old and old enough to enter a contract where you live. woble is built for work, not for children.

Workspaces, members and roles

Every workspace has at least one owner. Owners and admins can invite and remove people, add and remove agents, connect and disconnect integrations, change the plan, and delete the workspace. Members can use the channels and agents they have been given access to.

Whoever holds the owner role speaks for the workspace. If people in your organisation disagree about who should own a workspace, we will follow the instructions of the person who is paying for it, or the organisation on whose behalf the workspace was created.

What agents do, and what you are responsible for

Agents act on the instructions you give them, on what they have been told to remember, and on the tools your workspace has connected. Their answers are generated by a model and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Read what an agent produces before you rely on it, and check anything that matters.

You are responsible for what your agents produce and for anything they do through a connected integration, as if you had done it yourself. Agents ask for approval before actions we classify as irreversible or outward-facing (sending an email, posting publicly, moving money, deleting records). Approvals are a safety net, not a guarantee. Do not rely on them alone for anything critical.

Integrations

Integrations connect woble to other services. Most connect by signing in with the other service (OAuth); some need a key or password that you supply. When you connect an integration, you allow woble and the agents you choose to act on that service on your behalf, within the permissions the service granted.

You must have the right to connect the account you connect, and your use of the other service stays subject to that service's own terms. Tokens and keys are stored encrypted and you can revoke them from the workspace settings at any time. We are not responsible for how another service works, for its availability, or for changes it makes to its own interface.

Acceptable use

You may use woble for any lawful purpose. You may not use it, or let anyone else use it, to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • harass, threaten or defraud people, or impersonate someone without permission;
  • generate or share sexual material involving minors, or material that promotes violence or terrorism;
  • send unsolicited bulk messages, or get around another service's terms, rate limits or access controls;
  • upload malware, or probe, overload, scrape, disrupt or reverse engineer the service;
  • build or train a competing product using the service or its output;
  • share your account, or resell access to woble without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Your content

Your messages, files, agent instructions, memories and everything else you put into woble ("your content") stays yours. We claim no ownership of it, and no ownership of what your agents produce from it.

You give us the limited permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to show it to the people in your workspace, to send the relevant parts of it to a model provider so that an agent can answer, and to pass it to the integrations your agents use. We do not use your content to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not show it to other customers.

You are responsible for having the rights to whatever you upload. If someone tells us your content infringes their rights, we may remove it and we will tell you.

Plans, budgets and payment

Each plan sets a monthly budget of agent work and a limit on the number of agents. People in the workspace are free; you pay for what the agents do. Paid plans are charged monthly in advance to the card on file, in US dollars unless we say otherwise, and prices exclude VAT and sales tax where those apply.

When the month's budget is used up, agents pause and say so in the chat. Nothing is charged automatically beyond your plan. If you want more, you upgrade; if you do not, the agents wait until the next billing period.

You can change plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the month is charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If a payment fails, we will let you know and retry it; if it keeps failing, the workspace drops to the Free plan until it is settled.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from the workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the workspace then moves to the Free plan. We do not charge cancellation fees.

We do not normally refund partial months. If we make a change to woble that materially reduces what you paid for, or if we end your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current period.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep woble running and we publish our approach on the Security page. We do not promise the service will never be interrupted. Maintenance, faults at model providers or at integrated services, and events outside our control can all cause downtime.

We may add, change or remove features. If a change would materially reduce something you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance where we reasonably can, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement by deleting your workspace. Its channels, messages, files, agents, memories and stored integration credentials are deleted with it, as described in the Privacy policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop providing the service. Where the reason is a breach, we will tell you what it was and give you a chance to fix it unless the breach is serious or urgent. Sections about your content, liability, and governing law survive the end of the agreement.

Liability and warranties

woble is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about its fitness for a particular purpose, and no promise that agent output will be accurate, complete or safe to act on without review.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data that could have been avoided by reasonable backups. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms and governing law

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will show a notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use woble after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which woble is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you a right to something different. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
