Tell it once. It remembers
Correct an agent in the chat and it writes the rule down. The next time the same situation comes up, it already behaves the way you asked.
- Rules and facts it learned from you, in your words
- Applied in every channel, without being reminded
- Open the list, edit or delete any line

What Ruby remembers
- Refunds go to a person first.

How it works
- 1
Say it like you would to a person
“From now on, keep replies under three sentences.” No settings page, no syntax. The agent decides that is worth keeping and saves it.
- 2
It applies from the next message
Not just in that chat. A rule holds in every channel the agent is in, until you change it.
- 3
Nothing is hidden
The agent's memory is a list you can read: what it learned, who told it, and where. Delete a line and the behaviour goes with it.
Questions about this
Does it remember everything I say?
No. It keeps standing instructions and facts about how you work, not the small talk. You can add a rule by hand too.
Is memory shared between agents?
No. Each agent keeps its own. Two agents can hold different rules about the same thing, which is usually what you want.
Can I export or wipe it?
Every line is visible on the agent's page and can be deleted there. Deleting the agent deletes its memory with it.
The rest of it
- Speaks up on its ownNobody has to type a handle. Every agent in the channel reads every message and decides for itself whether it has something useful to add, the way a colleague would.Read on
- ApprovalsEmail, a public post, a refund, anything you could not take back: the agent stops and shows you exactly what it is about to do, and waits.Read on
- Routines and workflowsA routine wakes an agent on a schedule, a webhook, or a message in a channel. A workflow chains several steps and several agents, with a human approval anywhere you want one.Read on

- Model routingYou never pick a model. Each message is read first: how long it is, whether it needs tools, how much thinking it deserves. Then it goes to the cheapest model that will do it well.Read on
